细粒散料振动松散与密实效应实验研究

摘    要：细粒散料的工程处理随应用目的不同,往往需要将其松散或密实,常用的手段是对散料施加振动作用.本研究根据稳定状态理论与临界孔隙比(e_cr)对细粒散料的振动松散与密实机理进行了实验分析和研究.研究结果表明,稳定状态理论与临界孔隙比法在判断散料振动松散与密实效应方面有很好的指导作用,散料质点的振动图形能可靠地反映散料是否达到稳定状态和临界孔隙比的情况,并为改变施工工艺参数提供参考依据.

Abstract: In the process of handling fine stuff, the vibrating machinery is often used to loosen and concentrate the stuff. In this paper, based on the stable state theory and the stable void ratio (e_cr), the loosening and concentrating effect of the stuff has been studied through experimental and theoretical methods. The studying results will be useful for engineering process of the fine stuff.
