露天中深孔小药卷爆破除水研究

摘    要:基于在露天中深孔爆破过程中,炮孔内积水会引起诸如装药困难、拒爆及爆破效果不理想,而采用人工除水及空压机“吹水”等传统除水方法又效率太低的问题,提出小药卷爆破除水方案。通过建立理论模型,确定除水药卷药量的合理范围,并利用LS-DYNA数值模拟验证此除水方案的合理性。研究结果表明:采用合适药量的小药卷爆破进行露天中深孔除水的方法,降水幅度达85%以上,而且剩余水垫层的作用可使爆破炸药消耗量降低7%以上。

Abstract: The water-bearing borehole can cause a series of problems in the process of medium-length bore blasting in opencast such as the difficulty in loading explosive power, misfire and poor effect etc, and the efficiency of the traditional methods of removing water, such as artificial drainage, air compressor and so on, is very low. Aiming at these problems in deep hole of opencast, the precept of small explosive volumes blasting drainage was put forward. By establishing theoretical model, the reasonable range of the selected dose was obtained. The reasonableness of drainage scheme was verified by numerical simulation using LS-DYNA. The results show that using the measurement of the optimal dose of small explosive cartridge blasting drainage can effectively make precipitation range increase to 85% and the consumption of blasting explosives reduce by more than 7% due to the surplus bottom water cushion.
