摘    要:结合某桥梁的工程地质特征,运用泥浆护壁机理和粉砂质泥岩的水敏特性,通过室内试验确定泥浆的配合比,并选用阴离子型、相对分子质量为(300~500)万、水解度为30%的聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂来调制泥浆;根据滚刀的碎岩机理,探讨单把滚刀切削力和比能与刀间距的变化规律,并对滚刀破岩点侵深轨迹进行分析计算,在此基础上提出1种新的组合滚刀的布置方法;采用大扭矩动力头液压钻机配组合式滚刀钻头钻进的施工工艺,改进常规的气举反循环排渣方式,总结回次钻进技术方法,得出一套适应该地层的钻压、转速和小时进尺等工艺技术参数值。

Abstract: According to engineering geological characteristics of one bridge, mud protection mechanism and water sensitivity of silty mudstone, laboratory test was adopted to determine the mix of mud and anionic. The PAM with relative molecular mass of (300-500)×106 and hydrolysis degree of 30% were used as flocculant to modulation mud. By the mechanism of broken rock by the hob, the hob with a knife cutting force and specific energy changing with pitch was discussed, and hob-breaking point of invasion of deep-rock track was analyzed and calculated, a kind of new combination hob layout method was put forward. High torque hydraulic power drill and construction technology of combined drill were adopted, and the conventional air-lift reverse technique was improved; back and forth drilling technical method was summarized, and a set of technology parameter values such as drilling pressure, rotational speed and hour footage were obtained.
