基于排样思想的工程图坐标尺寸防干涉方法

摘    要:提出了基于排样思想的模具零件工程图尺寸防干涉算法,给出以最小尺寸偏移量为目标,尺寸干涉为约束条件的优化数学模型,并在AutoCAD软件中利用VisualLISP语言实现该方法。采用该算法对模具零件进行自动标注。实例测试结果表明:采用所提出的算法可以很好地解决尺寸重叠干涉问题,实现了尺寸标注过程的自动化,提高了模具开发效率。

Abstract: A novel automatic datum dimensioning or ordinate dimensioning approach was proposed to address the overlap and intersection issues in the die and mould engineering drawing based on the cutting and packing strategy. The corresponding optimization model was presented with respect to the minimized offset value of the datum dimension as objective, and overlap as the constraints. The proposed algorithm was implemented by utilizing the programming language AutoLISP in AutoCAD software. The practical datum dimensioning cases were given to illustrate the important features of the method. The results indicate that the overlap and intersection issues can be well figured out in the proposed approach. The development time of die and mould is shortened, because of the implementation of automatical dimension.
