高含量硅的快速分析方法研究

摘 要:本文提出用二氧化二氢噻吩作β-硅钼酸的稳定剂,抑制向α-硅钼酸的转化,效果较丙酮好,并采用1-氨基-2-萘酚-4-磺酸与亚硫酸和抗坏血酸混合还原剂,促进硅钼蓝的还原,配合82型示差光度计,可在半小时内完成测定,本法可测含二氧化硅在50%以下的铝合金试样,方法快速、准确、重现性好。
Abstract: The colorimetric determination method of high-silicon in aluminium alloy hasbeen investigated.The optimum conditions of the colorimetric reaction were determined bymeans of modified simplex optimization and homogeneous design method.It is an important question for the method of molybdenum blue to repress theβ-silicomolybdic acid to convert into α-form.It is suggested in the paper that sulfolane(i.e.,dihydrothiphene-1,1-dioxide)can be added as the stabilizator for our purposeand by doing so,we have acquired better effect than that achieved with aceton.To reduce the silicomolybdic acid to molybdenum blue the mixture of 1-amino-2-naphthol-4-sulphonic acid,ascorbic acid and sodium sulphite solution is a satisfa-cfory reducing agent.Using type-82 differential colorimeter a linear calibration curve was obtainedfor SiO2 in the range of 0-24mg/100ml.
