深部矿体充填开采对上盘斜坡道稳定性影响

摘    要:针对深部矿体充填开采条件下的上盘斜坡道稳定性问题,通过数值模拟、机理研究和位移监测等手段分析斜坡道稳定性。首先,采用应力、位移、塑性区三个绝对指标和倾斜、曲率、水平变形三个相对指标评价数值模拟结果以及优化矿体回采方案;然后,从地质条件、采矿工艺和充填效果角度探讨斜坡道保持稳定的原因;最后,通过现场监测研究斜坡道和采场围岩的位移变化规律。结果表明:不同回采方案开采后,斜坡道均有良好的稳定性,且北区、中区矿体最优回采方案分别是方案1、方案6;地质先决条件、采矿工艺科学和充填效果良好是使得斜坡道稳定的原因;监测点1~4的相对最大位移依次为3.9、2.6、5.8和7.0 mm,未发生明显位移,斜坡道与采场围岩稳定性良好。

Abstract: In view of the ramp stability of the hanging wall under the condition of deep orebody filling mining, the ramp stability was analyzed by means of numerical simulation, mechanism research and displacement monitoring. First of all, three absolute indexes of stress, displacement and plastic area, and three relative indexes of inclination, curvature and horizontal deformation were used to evaluate the numerical simulation results and to optimize the mining scheme of the ore body. Then, the reasons for the stability of the ramp were discussed from the perspective of geological conditions, mining technology and filling effect. Finally, the displacement change rules of the ramp and the surrounding rock of the stope were studied through on-site monitoring. The results show that, after mining with different mining schemes, the ramp has good stability, and the best mining schemes of the ore body in the north area and the middle area are scheme 1 and scheme 6, respectively. The geological preconditions, scientific mining technology and good filling effect are the reasons for the stability of the ramp. The relative maximum displacements of monitoring points 1-4 are 3.9, 2.6, 5.8 and 7.0 mm in sequence, without obvious position, and the stabilities of slope and surrounding rock are good.
