不同加载速率下岩石红外辐射效应的试验研究

摘    要:为研究加载速率对岩石试样红外辐射效应的影响,对花岗岩进行不同加载速率下单轴压缩实验,监测其红外辐射的变化。研究结果表明:随着加载速率增加,花岗岩试样抗压强度逐渐增加,从初始加载直至破坏的时间明显减少,初始压密阶段变长,弹性阶段的斜率逐渐变小;加载速率对红外辐射效应的影响体现在红外热像和平均红外辐射温度变化量上,在花岗岩红外热像图上表现为热像图上的高温区域不断扩大;试样的平均红外辐射温度变化量(△tAIR)随着加载速率提高逐渐增大;在较高加载速率下,△tAIR曲线的斜率呈指数函数增大,即花岗岩试样的红外辐射效应越来越明显。

Abstract: In order to reveal the influence of loading rate on infrared radiation effects of rock specimens, uniaxial compression experiments of granite at different loading rates were carried out. The variation of infrared radiation was monitored. The results show that compressive strength increases gradually with the increase of loading rate and the time decreases evidently from initial loading to final failure, and the initial compaction stage of the stress-strain curve becomes longer. The slope of the elastic stage gradually decreases. The effect of loading rate on infrared radiation mainly reflects on infrared thermal image and average infrared radiation variation. High temperature region is expanded continuously on thermal image with the increase of loading rate. Average infrared radiation temperature variation (△tAIR) also increases gradually. At higher loading rate, slope of △tAIR curve increases exponentially, i.e., the infrared radiation effect of granite is significantly affected by loading rate.
