螺旋溜槽流膜运动规律的研究

摘    要：本文研究了螺旋溜槽的流膜运动规律。采用一种高精度的电解质电测方法,对流膜运动速度分布(径向和轴向)进行测定,导出了速度分布参数方程。提出了径向环流主要是由旋涡流引起的看法,阐述了螺旋溜槽流膜运动机理。在此基础上外加一个离心力场研制成一种新型的重选设备——离心螺旋溜槽。由于具有正、反运转和无级变速机构装置,可根据不同矿物性质,调节控制旋涡流的强弱,达到强化分选的目的。

Abstract: This paper in brief describes the role of flowing film in spiral sluice.The rate distributions(radial,axial)were measured by virtue of a fairlyaccurate electral method with electrolyte,and also the parameters equationfor rate distribution was derived.A view is proposed that radial circulationflow is result from swirling flow,which reveals the mechanism of flowingfilm movement.By adding a centrifugal field a new-type gravition concen-trator has therefore been designed.A clockwise and counter clockwise run and endless regulator provided bythe concentrator make it possible that for sake of promoting separation pro-cess,the intensity of swirling flow may be kept under control to meet anyrequirements based on the differences in mineral characteristics.
