光弹性测定K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ和σ_ox的γ-N曲线斜率法

摘    要：为了了解双轴载荷效应对测定复合型应力强度因子K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ的影响,本文提出一个确定K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ和σ_ox的γ-N曲线斜率法。即根据等色线图案作出α=±θ的γ-N曲线。采用(N)/(γ)—(K,σ_ox)关系式及(N/γ)值计算K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ的实验值。计算结果表明,计及σ_ox时可以提高测定K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ值的精度。

Abstract: In order to comprehend the effect of the biaxial-loading on determining the composite stress-intensity factors K_Ⅰ and K_Ⅱ, this paper provides a r-N curve-slope method to determine K_Ⅰ K_Ⅱ and σ_ox, i.e. by describing r-N curve for α=±θ, and applying the relation of N/r-(K, σ_ox) and the N/r values to calculating the experimental values of K_Ⅰ and K_Ⅱ. The result of the calculation shows that the accuracy of determining K_Ⅰ and K_Ⅱ could be raised as σ_ox is also taken into consideration.
