基于光纤监测的大直径变截面钢管复合桩承载性状

摘    要:为了研究超长大直径变截面钢管复合桩的承载性状,选取鱼山大桥45号桩,以墩身和箱梁自身重力为荷载进行静载试验,利用分布式光纤进行现场监测,并利用ABAQUS进行实际工况建模,通过对比计算结果与实测值以验证建模参数选取的合理性。在有限元模型基础上,通过施加压、弯、剪、扭等复杂荷载及改变桩基自身参数,研究桩身参数对桩基承载性状的影响。研究结果表明:光纤监测能够很好地应用于此类海洋环境下超长大直径变截面钢管复合桩的监测;变截面处桩身轴力有突变,下半段桩身侧摩阻力发挥较好,上半段由于钢管存在对侧摩阻力发挥有一定影响,桩端阻力对桩基承载力贡献显著;桩身轴力模型计算结果与实测结果较接近,说明建模方法及参数选取得当;设置变截面能够改善桩基承载性能,但是变截面位置要适中,钢管越厚、剪力环间距越密,钢管复合桩横向刚度增强现象越明显。

Abstract: To study the bearing behavior of super-long and large-diameter variable cross-section steel composite pile, a bearing capacity test was carried out on NO.45 pile of Yushan bridge with load produced by the gravity of the pier and the box beam. The behavior of the pile was monitored by distributed optical fiber. The actual working condition was simulated using ABAQUS. The numerical simulation results were compared with the measured data to verify the rationality of the modeling parameters. Based on the finite element model, complex loads of compression load, bending moment, shear force and torque were applied and the parameters of the pile itself were changed to study the influence of pile parameters on the bearing behavior of the pile foundation. The results show that optical fiber monitoring can be well applied to the monitoring of super-long and large-diameter variable cross-section steel composite pile in marine environment. The axial force of the pile at variable cross-section has a sudden change. The side friction of the lower half of the pile is large. The side friction of the upper part of pile is less because of the existence of steel pipe. Pile tip resistance is an important part of the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The calculated results of pile axial force are close to the measured results, which indicates that the modeling method and parameter selection are suitable. The variable cross-section can improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation, but the position of cross-section should be moderated. The thicker the steel pipe and the denser the distance between the shear rings are, the more obvious the lateral stiffness of the steel composite pile is.
