摘 要:本文应用流变学理论研究了恒压成形的基本规律,并且采用了非线性粘弹方程式σ=Mεm+ηεk来描述恒压成形的应力和应变关系。通过锡、铜、铁和钼粉的流变参数计算表明,理论值和实验值吻合良好。
Abstract: A theoretical study on the compaction of metal powders under the constant applied pressure in terms of theology is presented in this paper. The relationship between the stress and strain is described by using the nonlinear visco-elastic equation σ=Meεm+η/εK, where σ is the stress, e is the strain, ε is the strain rate, M, m, η and k are the constants respectively. The theologic parameters of Sn, Cu, Fe and Mo powders are calculated by electronic computer. The calculation result shows that theoretical and experimental data are in satisfactory agreement.
