纳米晶Fe-N-B软磁条带的制备

摘    要:对非晶Fe92B8条带进行氮化、均匀化、水淬和时效处理,得到α″-Fe16N2相分布于非晶基体上的纳米晶Fe84.6N7.8B7.4条带。采用化学分析测试纳米晶条带中的氮含量,用X射线衍射(XRD)对相结构进行上分析。结果表明:制备的纳米晶Fe84.6N7.8B7.4条带中α″-Fe16N2相的平均晶粒尺寸和体积分数分别为18 nm和54%;纳米晶Fe84.6N7.8B7.4条带的电阻率、饱和磁致伸缩率、饱和磁化强度、矫顽力、初始磁导率和弛豫频率分别为246 μΩ·cm、2.52×10-6、2.35T、11.4 A/m、9.1×104和4.1×104 Hz,表明纳米晶Fe84.6N7.8B7.4条带是一种性能优良的软磁材料。

Abstract: Fe84.6N7.8B7.4 nanocrystalline ribbon with α″-Fe16N2 phase embedded in an amorphous matrix was prepared with subsequent nitriding, annealing, quenching and tempering Fe92B8 amorphous ribbon. The nitrogen contents of nanocrystalline ribbon were tested by chemistry analysis, and the phase compositions were measured by XRD. The results show that the average grain size and the volume fraction of the α″-Fe16N2 phase are 18 nm and 54%, respectively. The prepared sample exhibits an electrical resistivity of 246 μΩ·cm, a saturation magnetostriction of 2.52×10-6, a saturation magnetization of 2.35T, a coercive force of 11.4 A/m, an initial permeability of 9.1×104 and a relaxation frequency of 4.1×104Hz. The good soft magnetic properties show that the nanocrystalline ribbon with α″-Fe16N2 nanocrystallites embedded in amorphous matrix is a good candidate for soft magnetic materials.
