摘 要:介绍了镍熔炼矿热电炉生产过程智能决策支持系统(IDSS)的结构和功能,重点论述了以模糊决策规则为基础的知识库和模型库系统,本系统具有自学习和自适应功能,已被用于现场的生产信息管理与分析和配料与操作条件的优化决策,能显著降低电能消耗,提高金属回收率.
Abstract: This paper presents the structure and function of the intelligent decision support system(IDSS)on the process of nickel matte smelter.The knowledge and model base system basedon fuzzy-decision rules are specially suggested.The IDSS possesses the self-learning andadaptive properties,and has been used for managing and analyzing the production informa-tion,optimizing the composition of the charge mixture,and deciding the optimal operationalconditions.Electric energy consumption has been reduced remarkably and the yield of nickelhas been increased.
