汽拖压缩机组的启动及升速曲线设定

摘 要:以汽拖压缩机组的启动为出发点,阐述了汽拖压缩机组的启动过程,根据旋转机械的固有特性,分析得到影响汽拖压缩机组启动、平稳升速的关键因素,结合西安陕鼓动力股份有限公司为某钢铁公司成套供货的汽拖AV90轴流压缩机组的启动实例,分析了汽轮机试车过程中出现的危险状况,有针对性地调整了机组的升速曲线,最终保证了机组安全平稳的启动,为汽拖压缩机组的启动总结出一套调整和设定升速曲线的方法。
Abstract: The whole start-up process of compressor unit powered by steam-turbine machine is described.According to intrinsic characteristic of rotary machinery,key reasons which affect start-up and stable speed-up of the unit were obtained and analyzed.With start-up experiences of AV90 axial compressor powered by steam-turbine machine which is supplied by Xi’an Shaangu Power Co.,Ltd.and worked in a domestic steel company,dangerous situations during start-up process in commissioning of steam-turbine machine were analyzed and speed-up curve of the unit was adjusted,thus safe and stable start-up of the unit was guaranteed.A set of method for adjustment and setting of speed-up curve is summarized for compressor unit powered by steam-turbine machine.
