工程施工钻废浆处理方法及GNJ-2A型泥浆净化机的设计

摘 要:讨论了工程施工钻井废泥典型的处理方法,介绍了GNJ-2A型泥浆净化机的设计.GNJ-2A型泥浆净化机采用振动筛、旋流器组成3级净化集中式循环系统,正反循环泥浆净化工艺流程设计合理.该机处理量可达108 m3/h,满足中小型工地施工时泥浆处理的需要;处理后的泥浆性能完全符合钻井要求.
Abstract: This article analyses the typical disposing method of waste drilling mud in foundationengineering,and narrates the tentative idea of GNJ-2A mud purifier,Shale shaker and cycloneare used to compose a three-step concentrative purification circulation system on GNJ-2Amud purifier,and direct circulalion and reverse circulation mud purification lechnological pro-cess are properly designed.ThiS system can treat 108 m3 mud per hour which can meet theneeds of mud treatment in middle-scale and sinall-scale construction site. Properties of treat-ed mud Can meet the requirements very well.
