氧化亚铁硫杆菌耦合砷黄铁矿还原浸出软锰矿

摘    要:将氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.f)用于砷黄铁矿与软锰矿共同浸出,设置无菌体系作为对照,提出有氧和无氧条件下FeAsS-MnO2的反应模型。研究结果表明:氧化亚铁硫杆菌对砷黄铁矿还原浸出软锰矿具有明显的催化作用,在砷黄铁矿与软锰矿的质量比为1:3.6、反应pH为1.8的最优条件下,有菌体系下锰的浸出率达99%,后续金的氰化浸出率达95%以上;Mn2+会抑制细菌的生长,当ρ(Mn2+)≥30 g/L时,Mn2+对细菌有致死作用;从软锰矿与砷黄铁矿的循环伏安曲线可看出两矿均有明显的氧化还原峰,且在有菌的条件下两矿的电化学活性要远远比无菌条件下的强;T.f菌的作用机理是催化Fe2+和Fe3+的相互转化。

Abstract: Thiobacillusferrooxidans(T.f) were used to leach arsenopyrite and pyrolusite with asepsis system conducted as control group. Under aerobic and anaerobic conditions, the reaction model of FeAsS-MnO2 system was proposed. The results show that the leaching ratio of pyrolusite increases obviously in the presence of thiobacillusferrooxidans; the optimum conditions are acquired under the mass ratio of arsenopyrite to pyrolusite 1:3.6 at pH 1.8 and the leaching ratio of Mn reaches 99%. The subsequent leaching of gold exceeds 95%. Thiobacillusferrooxidans are uncapable of surviving when the concentration of Mn2+ is greater than 30 g/L. The cyclic voltammetry curves of arsenopyrite and pyrolusite present obvious oxidation and deoxidization peaks, and a higher electrochemical activity of the minerals can be obtained in the presence of bacteria. The reaction mechanism can be considered as the circulate transformation between Fe2+ and Fe3+ by T.f.
