摘    要:以双硫腙-非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-114为浊点萃取体系分离富集铋,在优化了溶液酸度、浊点萃取温度等实验条件下,应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱仪测定富集相中铋的含量。结果表明,铋的萃取率为90.5%,线性范围为0.025~2.0μg/L,回归方程为If=21.51ρ(μg/L)-0.88(r=0.999 7),RSD<7%(n=6),检出限为0.015μg/L。该方法用于水样中铋的测定,加标回收率在89%~93%之间。

Abstract: With dithizone-nonionic surfactant (Triton X-114) as cloud point extraction system to separate and enrich bismuth,the content of bismuth in enrichment phase was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry after experimental conditions such as pH of solution and cloud point extraction temperature and so on were optimized.The results showed that the extraction yeild of bismuth was 90.5%,and the linear range was 0.025-2.0 μg/L with regression equation of If=21.51c-0.88 (r=0.999 7),relative standard deviation (RSD,n=6) less than 7% and detection limit of 0.015 μg/L.This method had been applied to the determination of bismuth in water samples with recoveries in the range of 89%-93%.
