摘    要:通过热重分析, 研究了高温下Zn引发剂以金属和氧化物两种形式的引入对Al-Si合金直接氧化生长过程的影响。 结果表明: 当合金中Zn含量超过3%(质量分数)时, 能生成Al2O3/Al复合材料,且随着Zn含量的增加, 孕育期随之缩短, 复合材料的生成量也随之增加; ZnO粉末覆盖量的最佳值为31 mg/cm2, 超过此值时, 孕育期会随之延长,复合材料的生成量也随之减少。 同时还发现, 覆盖ZnO粉末比添加Zn金属具有显著优势,更有助于Al2O3/Al复合材料以光滑方式氧化生长, 形成细化胞状晶团, 提高组织的均匀性和致密度。

Abstract: The effects of Zn dopant introduced with metal and oxidation on Al-Si alloy directed oxidation at high temperature in air were studied through TG analysis. The results show that Al2O3/Al composites are produced when Zn content of alloy exceeds 3%. The incubation period of Al-Si-Zn alloy direct oxidation process is shorten and the contents of composites growth are increased with increase of Zn content. The optimum content of ZnO powder used to dope on the ZLD104 alloy surface is 31 mg/cm2, the incubation period of ZLD104 alloy postpones and the contents of composites decrease when the content of ZnO exceeds. In addition, doping with ZnO powder have more significant advantage than adding Zn metallic, which make Al2O3/Al composite the oxidation grow with the gloss way, form the cell-shape crystal and can produce more dense composites.
