零序暂态电流灰色关联分析的小电流接地选线

摘    要:在分析现有的小电流系统单相接地故障选择性保护和零序暂态电流特点的基础上,提出一种基于灰色关联算法单相接地保护新方法。该方法利用在配电网单相接地故障时,故障支路的零序暂态电流和非故障支路的零序暂态电流的关联程度来判别故障支路和非故障支路。在传统的灰色关联分析计算基础上给出改进算法,以增大故障支路与非故障支路的差别,并利用PSCAD进行相应的仿真计算。研究结果表明:基于该方法选择性接地保护故障支路与非故障支路动作差值较大,准确性高,抗干扰能力强,而且不受故障相接地相位、接地方式及接地电阻的影响。

Abstract: The single-phase-to-earth faults selective protection principle in the small current system and the character of zero sequence transient current were analyzed, a novel principle that single-phase-to-earth faults based on improved gray relation analysis was presented. When single-phase-to-earth faults took place in the distribution system, the zero sequence transient current relation degree of faulted feeder were used. An improved algorithm was given based on the analysis of traditional grey relation, with which the difference of the fault feeder and the sound feeder can be enlarged. The corresponding simulation and calculation were carried out using PSCAD. Simulation results show that the selective protection principle based on the method has high accuracy and great ability of anti-disturbance. It can also be applied in any distribution system with different grounding patterns and not be affected by the grounding resistance or the degree of fault phase.
