摘    要:本文研究了一硬水铝石、高岭石粘土岩和褐铁矿磨矿产物的粒度特性。结果表明,高登—安得烈夫—修曼方程式 y=axm 适合于描述磨矿产物粒度特性。式中指数 m 不仅与矿物性质有关,还与磨矿时间有关,由实验数据计算出关系式为 m=k1+k2t,即 m 随磨矿时间线性地变化。高岭石粘土岩最易磨碎,褐铁矿次之。进行了含三种矿物的矿石磨矿试验,结果发现,进入分级设备的粗粒产品——粗砂即为含一水硬铝石的合格铝精矿,由于它易于脱水,有利于下一步氧化铝生产,证明了用选择性磨碎的方法脱硅是有效果的。

Abstract: The size distributions of diaspore,kaolinite and limonite ground in a ball mill in turn were studied.It is shown that the Gaudin-Schuhmann function y=axm is appropriate to represent ing the size characteristics of grinding products.The index of the Gaudin-Schuhmann function is calculated from the experimental data,m=k1+k2t.The result shows that m is related not only to the properties of mineral,but to the grinding time as well.The index m changes in linear with the grinding time.The kaolinite can be more easily ground than any of the limonite and diaspore.The selective grinding experiments of the ore containing these three minerals also were carried out.It is found that most of kaolinite particles are ground quickly and run into the fine fraction in classifying process.Thus,a coarse concen- trate can be prepared for metallurgical process of alluminum.
