复杂应力状态下良塑性弥散强化铜的冷变形行为

摘 要:本文以冷拉和冷轧的加工方式,研究了复杂应力状态下良塑性弥散强化铜(DSCu)的冷变形行为。发现DSCu冷变形时,变形程度增加,出现塑性提高、变形抗力降低的力学恢复特性,而冷变形后,材料强度和塑性均明显提高。DSCu的这一行为将大大有利于其变形和应用。本文对材料性能和轧制力也进行了探讨。
Abstract: The present paper deals with cold deformation behaviours of high ductile dispersion strengthened copper in complicated stress (DSCu) through drawing and rolling. It occurred that the behaviours of mechanical recovery for deformation ductility of DSCu increase and deformation resistance decreases with the increase of the deformation degree, but the strength and the plasticity gain significant improvement. The above mentioned properties of DSCu will greatly benefit the plastic working and application of the material. The material properties and the rolling force have also been discussed.
