摘    要:分别用有机溶剂和超临界二氧化碳流体萃取百合中的秋水仙碱,再用高效液相色谱法测定提取物中秋水仙碱的含量。研究了提携剂、萃取压力、萃取温度对萃取的影响,并对2种萃取方法进行了比较。研究结果表明:超临界二氧化碳流体萃取秋水仙碱的效果较好,有机溶剂提取秋水仙碱的效果较差;百合经氨水碱化后,在40℃和18 MPa下,用乙醇作提携剂,用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取秋水仙碱时,秋水仙碱浓度可从植物中的0.049%升高到6.38%。 关键词:萃取;秋水仙碱;百合;高效液相色谱

Abstract: Extractions of colchicine fromthe fresh bulbs of lily byorganic solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide fluid were studied respectively , and the colchicine content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).To improve extraction efficiency ,the influences of factors on extraction efficiency were investigated. The results show that supercritical carbon dioxide fluid is superior to organic solvent in colchicine extraction; lily powder treated by ammonia liquor and by supercritical fluid extraction, the average colchicine content is increased from0.049% in natural sample to 6.38% in extract at 40℃and 18 MPa using alcohol as pre-soaker.
