摘    要:研究磷铝酸盐水泥早期水化过程,并探讨其水化机理。利用无电极电阻率测定仪(ERM)、交流阻抗谱测定仪(EIS)和水泥水化热测试仪(HHT)分析水化过程的电性能和水化放热率变化规律,并将3种测试手段相结合研究早期水化特性。研究结果表明:电性能和放热率变化可用来描述磷铝酸盐水泥早期水化进程,且可将水化进程分为溶解期、诱导期、加速期和减速期4个阶段;体系电阻率和放热量随水化程度增加而增大,其相应微分曲线变化反映了其特有的水化反应特征;而交流阻抗谱图主要表现为Nyquist图形和电阻的变化;磷铝酸盐水泥早期水化的电性能和放热率变化是其特有的水化产物和水化过程的体现。

Abstract: Early-hydration process of phosphoaluminate cement (PAC) was investigated, and hydration mechanism was studied. The electrical properties of PAC were analyzed with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrodeless resistivity measurement (ERM). In addition, the heat release was studied with hydration heat test instrument (HHT), and the comparative analysis of the results was carried out. The results show that the early-hydration process of PAC can be characterized by resistivity, heat release and AC resistance analysis. The early-hydration process is divided into four stages, which are dissolution, induction, acceleration and deceleration. Resistivity and heat release increase with time, and the corresponding derivates describe the rate of the change. The AC resistance analysis manifests as the change of the nyquist pattern and resistance. Early-hydration process and products show the characters of PAC.
