胞外高聚物吸附富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定痕量镉

摘 要:以细菌Pseudomonas sp.产生的胞外高聚物PS-2作为吸附剂,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法研究了该吸附剂对镉的吸附性能,提出了用胞外高聚物PS-2作为吸附剂,富集、分离测定环境水样中痕量Cd(的新方法。结果表明,在pH 6.0,PS-2用量为0.30 g时,吸附率可达到99.5%,静态吸附容量为35.97 mg/g。以10 mL 1 mol/L HCl作为解脱剂,可将吸附在PS-2上的镉定量洗脱。此方法的检出限为2.4 ng/L,相对标准偏差为2.5%(c=0.30μg/mL,n=9)。将其应用于自来水、玉带河水中痕量Cd(的测定,方法回收率在95%~101%之间,测定结果与标准方法测定值吻合。
Abstract: The adsorption behavior of exopolymers PS-2 to cadmium,a kind of sorbent produced from Pseudomonas sp.,was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.As a result,a novel determination method of trace Cd in environmental water samples was proposed after concentration and separation with exopolymers PS-2 as sorbent.The results showed that when the dosage of exopolymers PS-2 was 0.30 g at pH 6.0,the adsorption rate was up to 99.5% with static adsorption capacity of 35.97 mg/g.Cadmium adsorbed on exopolymers PS-2 could be eluted quantitatively with 10 mL of 1 mol/L HCl as the desorption reagent.The detection limit of this method was 2.4 ng/L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.5% (c=0.3 μg/mL,n=9) for Cd.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Cd in tap water and Yudai river water samples with recoveries of 95%-101%,and the results were consistent with those obtained by standard method.
