高速列车转向架区域积雪形成原因及防积雪研究

摘    要:为解决大风雪环境下高速列车转向架区域发生的严重积雪结冰问题,采用三维雷诺时均SST k-ω双方程湍流模型和有限体积法对CRH380型高速列车转向架区域流场进行数值模拟,分析转向架区域积雪成因及易积雪部位,提出转向架区域流场流动控制方法。研究结果表明:气流经列车底部至转向架区域时发生上扬,直接作用在转向架迎风侧,进而形成雪花堆积;部分气流在转向架各死角处减速,导致随气流运动的雪花在附近滞留、黏附;制动装置、弹簧悬挂装置、心盘以及转向架迎风侧等为主要的积雪结冰部位;转向架周围的车体底板距离轨面的高度直接影响气流进入到转向架的扬起角,建议保持车体底板高度一致;设计的流动控制装置有效减少了进入到转向架区域46.51%的气流,从而改善了转向架区域流场结构。

Abstract: To solve the serious problems of snow packing in high-speed train’s bogies under the blizzard environment, the flow structure in bogie regions of a CRH380 high-speed train was simulated by the three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged SST k-ω two-equation turbulence model and finite volume method. The cause of snow packing and the location that was easily covered snow were analyzed. A flow control method was proposed. The results show that airflow coming from the bottom of the train increases with a tilt angle in the bogie regions, which can impact the windward side of the bogies and lead to snow packing. Meanwhile, snowflakes carried by the decelerated airflow are stranded and trapped in blind corners of bogies. Braking systems, spring suspensions, core plates and the windward side of bogies are the configurations which are mainly covered snow. The raising angles of airflow entering into the bogie regions are directly influenced by the height between the rail level and the bottom close to the bogies. The uniform height for the car bottom is proposed. The designed flow control device can effectively reduce the airflow rushing into the bogie regions by 46.51%. Therefore, the flow structures in the bogie regions are improved.
