矿浆pH对表面磁化和菱铁矿-赤铁矿协同磁化的效应

摘    要:利用菱铁矿在溶液中的微溶解性以及pH对溶解性的影响,在敞开的体系中搅拌引入空气而导致部分氧化反应,使菱铁矿表面生成强磁性物质,实现表面磁化以及菱铁矿-赤铁矿协同磁化的效应。研究结果表明:矿浆pH、温度、搅拌速度和反应时间是影响磁化反应的因素,磁化反应只能在合适的碱性pH范围进行。菱铁矿在室温、pH为12.78、搅拌速度为400 r/min和8 min磁化反应后,回收率提高10%,提高温度可使回收率增加;在赤铁矿和菱铁矿的混合体系中,菱铁矿对赤铁矿有协同磁化作用。磁化后菱铁矿的磁性由顺磁性转变为亚铁磁性;赤铁矿可以在含Fe2+的碱性介质中磁化,可能是菱铁矿-赤铁矿混合体系中,菱铁矿对赤铁矿协同磁化的原因。磁化后,菱铁矿表层Fe 2p电子结合能增加,铁元素原子数分数增加而碳和氧元素原子数分数下降。

Abstract: Based on the slight solubility of siderite in aqueous system and the influence of pH on the property, strongly magnetic substances are generated on siderite surface by partial oxidization from introduction of air by agitation in an open system, resulting in siderite surface magnetization and siderite-hematite synergic magnetization, and only in the alkaline pH range did the magnetization take place; siderite recovery increased by 10% after magnetization under parameters of room temperature 25 ℃, pH=12.78, and stirring speed of 400 r/min for 8 min, and the recovery of siderite increased with rising temperature; in the mixture of hematite and siderite, there was synergic magnetization effect on hematite. After magnetization, paramagnetic siderite shows somewhat ferromagnetism which is characteristic of strongly magnetic substances; the fact that in the presence of Fe2+ hematite was magnetized under alkaline circumstance may be the reason for synergic magnetization in the mixed siderite-hematite system. Binding energy of Fe 2p electron on siderite surface increased after magnetization, indicating that some Fe2+ are oxidized to Fe3+, meanwhile the content of iron increased while those of the carbon and oxygen declined.
