摘 要:提出SO2在铷-铯-钒系催化剂上的氧化反应机理为三步催化反应,推导出动力学机理模型.采用内循环无梯度反应器测定了氧化反应本征动力学数据,并分低温区(380~420℃)、高温区(450~520℃)和全温区(380~520℃)利用Powell法对动力学模型进行了参数估值.方差分析表明,在显著性水平0.01下,三步催化机理模型对380~420℃的低温区动力学数据拟合最好,标准偏差为0.126.
Abstract: A three-step reaction mechanism of SO2 oxidation on Rb-Cs-V low temperature sulphuric acid catalyst promoted by mixture of alkali salts is proposed and a mathematical model equation is concluded. The intrinsic kinetic reaction data are measured in a non-gradient reactor and the parameters of the different model equations are calculated with the Powell non-linear regression method in low temperature region, high temperature region and total temperature region. The concluded model equation fits the kinetic data in low temperature region (380~420℃) very well and the standard deviation is no more than 0.126.
