摘 要:函数式数据库语言是一种新颖的数据库语言,它提供统一的计算模型和数据模型.数据库的定义、操作、查询都基于Lambda表达式和计算.函数式数据库语言继承了函数语言的杰出优点:高阶函数、惰性计算、抽象机制、模式匹配.本文讨论开发并行函数数据库语言的前景,探讨一些实现要素.
Abstract: Functional Database Language (FDL), a new database language, provides a single computation-al model and data model. The database manipulation and definition are based on the evaluationof lambda calculus. FDL inherits the distinguishing features of modern functional language-higher-order functions, lazy evaluation, data abstraction mechanisms, and equations/pattern matching.This paper attempts to claim that the development of Chinese Functional Database Language basedon parallel environment is important research topics, and discuss its techniques for implementation.
