SVPWM在NPC三电平逆变器中的应用与实现

摘    要:分析三电平逆变器的结构及工作原理,论述空间电压矢量脉宽调制在中点箝位式三电平逆变器中的原理和实现方法,提出一种易于实现的三电平逆变器空间电压矢量PWM算法。在研究基于参考电压分解的SVPWM矢量法中,合成参考矢量方面采用最近三角矢量法,然后对中点不平衡的问题提出一种解决方法,最后用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真实验。结果证实了所提出的空间矢量PWM算法和实现方法是正确可行的。

Abstract: The structure and operation principle of three-level inverter were analyzed first, and then the principle and implementation method of neutral point clamped three-level inverter SVPWM were addressed. A practical three-level inverter space vector PWM, which is easy to implement, was proposed. In the method based on referenced-voltage decomposition SVPWM, the composition reference vector adopted the nearest triangle vector method, which solved the problem of imbalance in the neutral point. In the end, the simulation results via MATLAB/Simulink were presented. The results testify the correctness and feasibility of proposed vector PWM algorithm and its realization method.
