带不同负载时矩阵变换器的输入输出特性

摘 要:利用间接变换法,把矩阵变换器的调制策略虚拟为交-直变换和直-交变换2个过程,分析了直-交变换器和交直变换器的空间矢量调制,并将这2个过程进行综合,得到一种直接的交-交变换器;针对三相对称输入电压,矩阵变换器带3种不同的三相对称负载时,利用MATLAB软件进行仿真,分析了基于空间矢量调制的矩阵变换器的输入线电流、输出线电压、输出线电流波形特性,揭示了负载特性对矩阵变换器输入、输出性能的影响.
Abstract: The modulation strategy for matrix converter is faked to divide into two processes of AC-DC transformation and DC-AC transformation in this paper by means of indirect transformation method. First, the space vector modulation for DC-AC converter is analyzed. Second, the space vector modulation for AC-DC converter is similarly analyzed. Then the former two processes are comprehended to get a direct AC-AC converter. At last,the matrix converter is simulated by MATLAB software with three kinds of different symmetrical three-phase loads under symmetrical three-phase input voltages. And its input current and output voltage and current properties are analyzed based on space vector modulation(SVM). It is disclosed that the different loads have effects on the input and output properties of a matrix converter. A suggestion is put forward that it is essential to design filters at input or output ports respectively according to actual things.
