基于压力角的高重合度齿轮主动设计及特性分析

摘    要:为了满足航空和车辆领域中齿轮传动的高平稳性和高重合度需求,提出一种基于压力角的高重合度齿轮主动设计方法。建立基于压力角的齿廓方程的数学描述方法,推导以压力角描述的齿轮啮合特性的定量表达式,包括曲率、滑动系数和重合度等,建立当压力角为一次函数时齿廓方程的数学模型;通过具体实例,建立重合度为3.0的特殊齿轮传动机构,分析其啮合特性,利用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真,并与相同参数的渐开线齿轮传动进行对比。研究结果表明:利用本文提出的主动设计方法可以方便快捷地设计出满足不同重合度需求、具有多种优良性能的特殊齿轮。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of the transmission stability and high contact ratio for gears used in the aerospace and automotive fields, an active design method for high contact ratio spur gears based on pressure angle was proposed. The mathematical characterization of equations for high contact ratio tooth profiles was presented. The quantitative relation between tooth surfaces and the meshing performances, including curvature, sliding coefficient, contact ratio, was established. The simplified derivation of the mathematical model of tooth profiles defined by specifying the pressure angle as a first order polynomial function of the rotation angle was presented. A design for an example gear drive with contact ratio of 3.0, was taken to illustrate the proposed method. The meshing characteristics and dynamics simulation of the special gears were analyzed. A comparison of the above characteristics involute gear drive was also carried out. The results show that gears designed by the proposed method can satisfy the different requirements of contact ratio, and has better transmission properties.
