多元超合金热力学计算软件系统

摘    要：本文设计了多元超合金中液相,fcc,bcc和hcp四种溶体相的摩尔自由能及其活度的软件系统,其中包括一个复盖18种元素的二元合金热力学数据库。使用时,用户只要输入合金相的成分,相结构和温度,即可得到所需的计算结果。

Abstract: A computer program,which includes a thermodynamic data base for binarysystems covering 18 chemical elements,has been developed to calculate the freeenergies of the liquid,fcc,bcc,and hcp phases,and the partial free energies andactivities of the elements in the four phases in the multicomponent superalloys.Theprogram can be used to investigate the corrosion behavior of the multicomponentalloys,predict the undercooling condition for the occurrence of metastable phasesin the alloys,or determine the carbon potentials of the alloys to be carburized.
