摘    要：讨论了秦九韶算法在控制系统稳定性判别中的应用，即通过虚轴平移实现线性变换，用此算法实现连续域与离散域之间的变换，实现了在控制系统稳定性判别中的应用。

Abstract: Applications of Qin Jiushao algorithm to stability discrimination of a control systemhave been discussed in this paper,that is,linear transformation between continuous domainand discontinuous domain is achieved through axis of imaginaries translation algorithm。
