铝土矿浸出动力学研究

摘 要：本文研究了一水硬铝石型铝土矿浸出过程的动力学,实验是在230—270℃范围内进行的,采用铅酸钠母液作浸出剂,αk=3.3—3.4,含Na2O170—220g/l,Al2O3 85—106g/l。结果表明在实验条件下浸出速率系化学反应控制。测定了反应的表观速率常数,反应级数及活化能。用电子探针扫描未发现固体产物膜的存在,与动力学实验结果一致。
Abstract: The kinetics of digestion process of Diasporic bauxite was studied inthis paper. The experiment was carried out at a temperature of 230--270℃.The reagent used for digestion was aluminate natrium solution in which αk=3.3--3.4, Na2O 170--220 g/l, Al2O3 85--106 g/l. The result showed this process should be considered to have somethingto do with the rate of chemical reaction. The apparent rate constant, thereaetion order and the activation energy were measured. No film formation by solid products was discovered using the electron-probe, which was in agreement with our results of the experiment inkinetics.
