活性稀释剂环氧环己烷对聚酰胺-胺固化环氧树脂体系性能的影响

摘    要:使用环氧环己烷作为CYD-127双酚A型环氧树脂/1.0G聚酰胺-胺固化体系稀释剂。通过黏度测试仪、差示扫描量热仪、力学性能测试仪、扫描电镜等方法对加入环氧环己烷后环氧固化体系的黏度、固化行为、固化产物力学性能、断口形貌进行分析。研究结果表明:随着环氧环己烷用量的增加,固化体系黏度迅速下降,从未加入时的1.2×104 mPa·s下降到环氧环己烷质量分数为25%的180 mPa·s。随着环氧环己烷用量的增加,固化体系反应温度上升,放热量增加,环氧树脂固化产物性能随环氧环己烷加入量的改变而变化,在稀释剂质量分数为15%时,拉伸性能和弯曲性能与未加入稀释剂时接近。加入环氧环己烷前后固化产物拉伸测试时均为韧性断裂。

Abstract: Epoxy cyclohexene(ECH) was used as the reactive diluents in the DGEBA/polyamide-amine(PAMAM) curing system. The viscosity and curing behavior of the curing system, the mechanical properties and fracture surface of cured products were investigated by viscometer, mechanical performance tester, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that with the addition of ECH, the viscosity of the curing system which is 1.2×104 mPa·s, declines sharply to 180 mPa·s when the addition content of ECH is 25% (mass fraction). The curing system releases more heat and the curing temperature rises after ECH is added. The tensile and bending properties of cured product are close to cured product without diluent when the dosage of ECH is 15%. Before and after the addition of ECH, the fracture of cured products is tough.
