夏热冬冷地区非采暖空调建筑室内热环境行为适应性

摘    要:

为了研究夏热冬冷地区非采暖空调建筑室内人们的行为适应性,于2008-10—2010-08对夏热冬冷地区重庆、武汉、南京3个城市的非采暖空调住宅建筑进行热环境现场测试和热感觉问卷调查。通过分析人们对室内热环境的评价,得到3个城市80%居民可接受的夏季室内温度的上限值分别为28.9,29.0和29.6 ℃;冬季室内温度下限值分别为13.9,14.1和14.3 ℃。通过统计分析居民的行为调节方式,认为该地区人们通过有规律地增减服装的手段来适应温度的变化,而开窗和使用电风扇是该地区居民用来改善夏季高温环境的有效适应性行为方式。

Abstract: To study the behaviour adaptation of indoor thermal environment of non-heating and air conditioning residential construction in hot-summer and cold-winter zone, a large-scale filed study was conducted in three cities,i.e., Chongqing, Wuhan and Nanjing, from October 2008 to August 2010. By analyzing residents’ evaluation on indeor thermal environment, the results show that the upper limits value of the accepted indoor air temperature by 80% residents in summer for three cities are: 28.9 ℃ in Chongqing, 29.0 ℃ in Wuhan, and 29.6 ℃ in Nanjing, respectively. The lower limits value in winter for three cities are: 13.9 ℃ in Chongqing, 14.1 ℃ in Wuhan, 14.3 ℃ in Nanjing, respectively. People in the region adapt to the change in indoor air temperature by means of changing clothing regularly, controlling such as openning windows and using fans to improve high temperature environment in summer.
