高B2O3含量的(5x)B2O3·(20-x)PbO·(80-4x)Bi2O3系统玻璃的结构和分相研究1)

摘 要:利用传统熔体冷却方法确定了(5X)B2O3·(20-X)PBO·(80-4X)Bi2O3系统形成玻璃的最大B2O3引入量,并利用X射线衍射分析、红外光谱和扫描电镜等方法研究了该系统玻璃的结构特征及随B2O3引入量的增加而引起的结构变化,探讨了该系统产生分相的原因,结果表明,该系统在高B2O3区形成的玻璃的无定形结构由晶子、微晶体及含3个[BO3]三角体的六元硼氧环基团所组成;分相是由于对称性低的硼氧环大阴离子团及三硼酸盐环状基团的形成。
Abstract: he maximum of addition of B2O3 for glass forming in the(5x)B2O3·(20-x)PbO·(80-4x)Bi2O3 system has been determined by conventional melt quenching technology. X-ray,IR and SEM methods are used to investigate the structure features and structure changes ofglasses and immiscible solids in this ternary system. The reasons for immiscibility of theternary system are discussed. The results show that the amorphous structure of the systemglasses with higher B2O3 contents consists of matted crystals,micro-crystals and six-memberboroxol rings which contain three [BO3] triangles. The immiscibility is due to the formationof the boroxol rings with poor symmetry and of triborate rings which consist of two[BO3]triangles and one[BO4] tetrahedron.
