摘    要:本文研究了以 Ti 为基体,以 Sn,Sb,Ru,Ti 的氧化物固溶体为中间层,表面电沉积 MnO2的新型不溶性阳极.采甩动电位扫描法测试了该电极在硫酸介质中的阳极行为,结合 X 射线衍射和扫描电镜技术分析了电极的物相组成和形貌,并在铜箔电解和镍电积实验中与 Pb-Ag 和 Ru-Ti 阳极进行了对比试验.结果表明,这种新型阳极活性好,耐腐蚀,成本低,是一种较好的阳极材料.

Abstract: This paper studied new insoluble anodes which are based on Ti,with the interface coated by solid solution of Sn,Sh,Ru,Ti oxides and the surface electrodeposited with manganese dioxide.the anodic characteristics in H2SO4 solution were studied by moving-potential sweep.the phase composition and surface topography of the electrode were analysed by X-ray diffraction and scaning electromicroscopy.In Cu-foil electrolysis and Ni electrowinning,the new anode material was compared with the Pb-Ag and Ru-Ti,and it was found to be a better anodematerial for its high electrocatalytic activity,corosion resistance,and low cost.
