利用钢铁厂烟尘制备锰锌铁氧体共沉淀粉

摘 要:以钢铁厂烟尘、软锰矿、废铁屑和锌烟灰为原料,经同时浸出、初步除杂、复盐深度净化和共沉淀等过程,制备软磁铁氧体所需的铁锰锌共沉淀粉料。实验结果表明:共沉淀粉料中铁、锰和锌的平均含量的比值为m(Fe)∶m(Zn)∶m(Mn)=69.8∶22.7∶7.5,与理论配方(m(Fe)∶m(Zn)∶m(Mn)=67.3∶24.4∶8.3)的相对误差分别为2.5%, -1.7%及-0.8%,均在铁氧体制备允许的-5%~5%误差范围之内;尤其是共沉淀粉料中各杂质元素含量很低, Ca, Mg, Al, SiO2, Pb, Cu和Cd的平均含量分别为: 0.017 5%, 0.026 8%, 0.005 3%,0.001 8%, 0.003 1%, 0.001 0%和0.000 5%,完全符合高档锰锌软磁铁氧体材料对粉料的要求。
Abstract: Mn-Zn Ferrite co-precipitation powder was prepared from steel plant dust, scrap iron,pyrolusite and coarse oxide-zinc by the reaction of simultaneous leaching, primary purification,deep purification and co-precipitation process. The results show thatm(Fe)∶m(Mn)∶m(Zn)=69.8∶22.7∶7.5 in the co-precipitation powder, the relative errors of Fe, Mn, and Zn content compared with theoretical prescription (m(Fe)∶m(Mn)∶m(Zn)=67.3∶24.4∶7.5) are 2.5%,-1.7% and -0.8%, respectively. After double-salt deep purification of (NH4)2SO4, the concentration of main impurities Ca, Mg, Al, SiO2, Pb, Cu and Cd in the solution are 0.017 5%,0.026 8%, 0.005 3%, 0.001 8%, 0.003 1%, 0.001 0% and 0.000 5%, respectively. Therefore,the prepared co-precipitation powders can be used for the preparation of Mn-Zn Ferrite.
