摘 要:综述掺锑氧化锡制备方法的研究进展。溶胶-凝胶法、喷雾热分解法、水热法、化学沉淀法都是良好的制备方法,但工业应用都存在一定的不足。溶胶-凝胶法制备的粉体分散性好、纯度高但工艺控制困难。喷雾热分解法简单方便但不能排除Cl-。水热法团聚低,纯度高但设备昂贵。化学沉淀法成本低但容易产生团聚现象。
Abstract: The advances on the methods of antimony-doped tin dioxides preparation are reviewed.The sel-gel method,spray pyrolysis,hydrothermal and precipitation all are the available preparation methods,but there are some shortcomings in their commercial application.Powders prepared by sel-gel method are in good dispersion state and high purity,but process parameters are difficult to control.Spray pyrolysis is simple but Cl-can not be eliminated in this method.Hydrothermal can get low aggregation,high purity powders but it needs costly equipment.Precipitation is a cheap preparation method but powders prepared from this method are often aggregated.
