锂离子电池和双电层电容器用LiODFB-TEABF4复合盐 电解液的研究

摘    要:探讨在EC+PC+DMC复合溶剂体系中LiODFB-TEABF4复合盐电解液与LiFePO4锂离子电池及AC双电层电容器的相容性规律。研究结果表明:在LiODFB基电解液中加入TEABF4能显著提高电解液的电导率;对于LiFePO4电池体系,电解液中的TEABF4参与了SEI膜的成膜过程,但TEABF4浓度过高不利于电极材料的容量的提高;对于AC电容器体系,加入TEABF4可以有效改善电容器的双电层储能行为,同时显著提高电容,当TEABF4浓度为0.3 mol/L时,电容达到最大,比不添加TEABF4的纯LiODFB盐电解液的电容大。

Abstract: The compatibilities between LiODFB/TEABF4-based electrolytes with blend solvent EC+PC+DMC and Li-ion battery or double-layer capacitor were investigated. The results show that TEABF4 obviously enhances the conductance of electrolyte. In LiFePO4 battery system, TEABF4 is concerned with the formation of SEI film, but high concentration’s addition prevents the capacity release of electrode material. In activated carbon capacitor system, TEABF4 improves double-layer capacitance behavior and increases capacity effectively. The capacitance is maximum when additional concentration of TEABF4 reaches 0.3 mol/L, which is higher than that of pure LiODFB-based electrolyte.
