新型风电偏航减速机动力学仿真分析

摘    要:针对新型风电偏航减速机的运行工况,利用Pro/E对新型风电偏航减速机进行虚拟装配,利用Pro/E与ADAMS之间的接口技术在ADAMS中构建虚拟样机模型,并以此为基础建立新型风电偏航减速机工作过程的动力学模型。通过采用Gear预估?校正算法对该动力学模型进行分析。研究结果表明:新型风电偏航减速机仿真实测传动比为1 149.4,系统从启动到停止过程中活齿销楔形齿头的最大工作应力约为400 MPa,其安全系数在2以上;根据仿真结果在针套和针齿之间采用间隙配合,将激波器的偏心轮套上1个转臂轴承,可在很大程度上提高新型风电偏航减速机的疲劳寿命。

Abstract: Based on working conditions of the new wind power yaw reducer, the dynamic model was established for the working process of the new wind power yaw reducer according to the adoption of virtual assembly of the new wind power yaw reducer with Pro/E and virtual prototype model established in ADAMS with interface technology of Pro/E and ADAMS. This dynamic model was analyzed with gear prediction and correction method. The results show that simulation of the measured transmission ratio is 1 149.4, the maximum working stress of movable tooth pin is 400 MPa in the process of the system from start to end, and the safety factor is beyond 2. Furthermore, with simulation results, clearance fit is used between the needle sheath and the needle tooth, and a tumbler bearing is put on the eccentric wheel of shock device so that fatigue life of the new wind power yaw reducer can be improved to a large extent.
