摘 要:介绍了在改造工业锅炉过程中,以微机系统代替常规热工仪表进行控制的方案.本系统将影响锅炉安全运行的许多调节参数分解成几个独立的调节子系统,实现热工过程的自动调节,显示、打印运行参数以及在线修改参数等,从而大大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了满意的经济和环境效益.
Abstract: This paper describes a microprocessor-based control system that has used to re-place the traditional thermodynamic meter to control an industrial boiler in the reform of thecurrent industrial boiler. Many regulating parameters and their complex relations that influ-ence the safety operation are divided into several separate regulating sub-systems in the pro-posed system. The automatic regulation of the thermodynamic process has been implement-ed; the operation parameters, the accumulated values of water, coal and vapor,as well asthe onl-ine parameter modify have been displayed and printed. The implementation of thismicroprocessor control system has greatly reduced the labour strength of workers and hasgot a satisfactory economic and environmental benefits.
