摘    要：本文利用八十年代发展起来的风险评审技术VERT-3,模拟某公司的一项复杂的新产品开发的全过程,从而取得该工程所需时间、费用及产品性能的风险统计数据,为该公司提供了决策依据。

Abstract: This paper illustrates the application of Venture Evaluation and ReviewTechnique (VERT-3), the up-to-date network technique used for treating manydecision parameters simultaneously. This technique is employed to simulate thewhole engineering of designing and producing a new complex product in F company,getting the risky statistical data of the expended time, expense and product performanceof the engineering, and providing the decision basis for the company.
