某矿分段凿岩阶段矿房嗣后联合充填采矿法试验研究

摘    要：针对某矿倾斜—急倾斜厚矿体应用上向水平分层充填采矿法开采存在的采矿效率低、损失率高、采场顶板管理复杂等问题,在35^#矿体试验应用了分段凿岩阶段矿房嗣后联合充填采矿法。试验结果表明,该采矿法各项指标良好。采用嗣后废石与尾砂胶结联合充填处理采空区,不仅有效利用了大量堆弃于地表的废石,避免了矿山分级尾砂产量不足的瓶颈,而且同时为矿柱回收提供了便利。因此,试验采矿方法在该矿倾斜—急倾斜厚矿体开采中具有推广应用前景。

Abstract: Aiming at the existent problems such as low mining efficiency,high ore loss ratio and complex roof control in upwards horizontal cut and fill stoping used in inclined-steeply inclined thick ore body in a mine,sublevel drilling-stage room and subsequent joint filling mining method is experimented at 35^# ore body.Test results show that the indices of the new method are good.Subsequent filling with waste rock and cemented tailings to deal with mined out space,not only make the waste rock useful and avoid the bottleneck of lacking grade tailings,but also facilitate to recover the ore pillar.Therefore,there is a great application prospect for the mining method in inclined-steeply inclined thick ore body in the mine.
