2099铝锂合金均匀化处理工艺

摘    要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、韦氏硬度计及MTS试验机研究2099铝锂合金的均匀化处理工艺。研究结果表明:2099铝锂合金适宜的均匀化处理制度为530 ℃/36 h。铸态合金树枝晶发达,大量的Cu元素在晶界偏析形成以Al2Cu为主的粗大骨状第二相,同时含有一定量的Zn,Mg,Fe和Mn。经530 ℃/36 h均匀化处理后,合金组织中的树枝晶消失,绝大部分粗大骨状第二相回溶到基体,残余第二相粒径较小(<5 μm),为含有一定量的Cu,Fe和Mn的点状或条状结构。

Abstract: The homogenization process of 2099 Al-Li alloy was investigated by OM, SEM and TEM. And the corresponding mechanical properties at room temperature were obtained by micro-hardness tester and MTS testing machine. The results show that the suitable homogenization process of 2099 Al-Li alloy is 530 ℃/36 h. The as-cast microstructure contained obvious dendritic structure,and Cu is rich at grain boundary resulting in the precipitation of coarse bond shape mainly phase Al2Cu with some amount of Zn, Mg, Fe and Mn. After 530 ℃/36 h treatment, dendritic structure is eliminated, most of coarse bond shape secondary phases redissolve into matrix, and the grain size of the remained dot or stick shape phases which contained Cu, Fe and Mn are small (<5 μm).
