摘    要:水泥和混凝土是工程中用量最大的材料。要实施可持续发展战略,节约能源、资源和保护环境,这是必须重视的重要领域。着重阐述了充分利用工业废渣、提高工程耐久性和延长使用寿命的经济效益和社会意义及应采取的措施.

Abstract: Cement and concrete are the most widely used building materials. For the purpose of realization of sustainable development, much more attention should be paid to energy saving, resource conservation and environment protection. The recent progresses in the world was reviewed and the importance of full utilization of industrial wastes and improvement of the durability of concrete structures for sustainable development was emphasized. At the same time, many methods were suggested for the realization of the above goals.
