基于氢氧化铝阻燃体系的开级配沥青磨耗层防火面层研究

摘    要:基于氢氧化铝(ATH)沥青阻燃体系,通过极限氧指数与闪点温度测试,研究ATH与氢氧化镁(MH)的阻燃性能及Zeolite沸石粉的阻燃促进作用,提出ATH,MH及Zeolite沸石粉的复合阻燃沥青配合设计,利用研究成果制备开级配沥青磨耗层(OGFC)沥青混合料并测试其阻燃、路用性能。研究结果表明:ATH,MH和Zeolite三者按比例复合制备的阻燃沥青极限氧指数可达到29%以上,闪点温度近420 ℃,阻燃性能优异;所制备的OGFC沥青混凝土,当空隙率为20%时,动稳定度达到7 365次/mm,燃烧时间较水泥混凝土缩短一半,逃逸汽油量高达89%,路表温度控制在200 ℃以下,空气温度不足50 ℃,其阻燃、路用性能优异。

Abstract: Stable icosahedral Mg30Zn60Y10 quasicrystals were obtained using common casting technique. The microstructures and phases of the as-cast Mg-Zn-Y alloys were investigated by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffractrometry (XRD) and transmitted electron spectrometer (TEM). The constituent phases were identified by XRD and quasicrystal structure was identified by TEM. The alloys with different components form different matrix and the quasicrystals have different micro morphologies, amounts and distributing. The results show that the contents and the distributing leveling of quasicrystals were improved, the micro morphologies variou with the increase of yttrium’s contents. When the mole fraction of yttrium is added up to 3.5%, the matrix structure changes to MgZn from Mg7Zn3.
