双对数方程在模压中的应用——压坯形状对方程的影响

摘 要:本研究初步探讨了黄培云教授导出的双对数方程在模压中的应用;给出了引入压坯形状参数的双对数方程。 log p=b0+b1(SZ/SY)+(b2+b3(log sZ/SY))log ln((dm-d0)d/(dm-d)d0) 式中,bi是回归系数,dm是金属的理论密度,d0是粉末的松装密度,d是压坯密度,p是施加的单位压制压力,sZ、sY分别是压坯的比侧表面和比压制表面。 本研究以图表的形式简化了上式的计算。由实验结果得到了雾化铁粉的真实对数压制模量b0,摩擦系数μ和侧压系数ξ的积b1/2 log e。
Abstract: The possibility of applying the double-logarithmic equation, advocatedby Professor Huang Peiyun, into die compaction was investigated. Thedouble-logarithmic equation in which the geometric parameters wereintroduced was given as: log p=b0+b1g Sz/Sy+(b2+b3 lgSz/Sy)log ln (dm-d0)d/(dm-dy)d0 where b1 is the regression coefficient, dm the solid density of the metal,d0 the apparent density of the metal powder, d the green density of thepowder, p a specific compaction pressure, Sz and Sy the specific lateralsurface and the specific compacting surface of the compact on weight basisrespectively. Computation operations of this equation were simplified in a form ofgraphs. The true logarithmic modulus of pressing (b0) and the product oftwo coefficients of horizontal pressure and friction (b1/2 loge) for atomizediron powder may be obtained from the experiment data.
