工程科学的前沿技术——轧制过程自动化工程支撑体系

摘 要:现代工程必须以工程科学的方法来设计和实施,实现工程科学方法的基础和前沿技术是一类工程的支撑体系。以轧制过程自动化为例,介绍了工程支撑体系的组成,并详细介绍了轧制过程自动化工程开发、设计和实施规范;轧制自动化系统开发平台;轧制自动化系统工程技术库;系统测试和现场调试工具及方法。采用这套工程支撑体系,以工程科学方法承担的大量轧制过程自动化工程项目,取得了重大成功和显著经济效益。
Abstract: It is revealed in modern engineering practices that the modern engineering has to be designed and implemented with the methods of engineering science,and the dedicated support systems for a specific field of engineering are the foundation that facilitates practice of the methods of engineering science and the cutting-edge technology in this regard.Taking rolling processes automation as an example,an engineering support system is presented in this paper.The structure of the system and the modules and other subjects that constitute the system are elaborated.Application of this engineering support system for rolling processes automation in practical projects has demonstrated its great successes in engineering and its remarkable economic significance.
